I went to this Subway because I work nearby, but unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The Latina employee who helped me was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the prices are way higher than at other Subway locations. I was charged $20 for a 6-inch sub, and when I asked about it, she arrogantly said, “We’re a franchise, and that’s our price.” Since that day, I’ve decided not to return. I now go to the Subway on Central and 2nd, where the service is much better and customers are treated with respect.

Even after showing her my order and that they took the money out of my account she kept making excuses and anytime I proved her wrong she claimed I haven’t showed her proof. The worst part is we ordered it for our lunch and because of Margarita (the worker) we have to go our whole shift without eating anything. Totally unacceptable that I didn’t get my food or my money back.
