  Pesimo servicio, para empezar las cajeras atienden de mala gana, llegue y dije buenos dias y ni los buenos dias pueden dar, le pedi a una de las cajeras mi orden y me respondio de golpe * no esperen ya lo van a atender* pudiendo hacerlo ella y me quedo viendo con cara de asco, como si fuera un homeless y ei ni a los homeless los ven de esa manera, me quedemuy disgustado, deberian de cambiar de personal o al menos decirles que mejoren su actitud, al fin y al cabo si no hay clientes no tienen paga y si no hay paga no tienen dinero pa la renta o pa lo que sea, deberian de ser mas agradecidos asi como lo son los clientes cuando van a comprar, pedazos de mamaguevos.

  Employee was on the phone plus swatting flies away and never acknowledged my presence despite me being the only customer in the store, I left and went to another subway

  When I entered the store to get my sandwich today, there were two crew members, both Hispanic, one female and the male was about 5'7 with a curly mowhawk thing going on. They are speaking back and forth to each other in Spanish as I'm standing there. She greets me but he proceeds to talk back and forth while asking me, "you ready?" I begin telling him my order but he proceeds to speak back and forth with colleague and gets my order wrong. He wasted a whole tuna footlong beacause he wasn't listening to me tell him I wanted my bread toasted with just the cheese. I felt like he could care less about providing me proper service as a customer and I do not intend to come back to this location.

  Called to make a platter order and was told that they can’t take my order over the phone because “you guys” meaning my race or ethnicity does not pay. I felt very disrespected and violated by the statement. Please who ever is a part of the “You Guys” do not spend your money here because clearly they are racist and they don’t need you to help their business flourish. I am a paying individual that was mis treated and racially profiled because of other issues this business experience. If you have dignity and pride you would take this review the same way I felt when I was denied respectful customer service. Again, don’t give them your hard earned money when they don’t want your business because you are a “You Guys”! Thank you for your service Subway! I hope this review helps you get the business you’re looking for!
