From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and actually seemed happy to help (which you don’t always see these days). They took their time making my sandwich, asked the right questions, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt sloppy — just straight quality service. You can tell they take pride in what they’re doing. The sandwich was perfectly made — evenly portioned, fresh ingredients, clean wrapping, and it actually looked like the pictures. That attention to detail makes a difference. What really stood out though was their energy. Super positive, professional, and just an overall good vibe. It made the whole experience better. Employees like Xio and Genesis are the reason people come back. If management sees this — give them the recognition they deserve. They’re representing the brand the right way. Definitely coming back 🙌
