Multiple reviews point out the same problem, so it’s clearly not a one-time mistake. Operating under the Subway name, this location gives the brand a terrible reputation because it does not follow reasonable pricing standards. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend it to anyone who expects fair pricing.

- TTTaralenNov 24, 20251.0This particular subway (because the location is close to the strip etc.), skyrockets the prices, (but they didn't use to though). 23 dollars for a ham footlong is just unacceptable, (and that's just the sandwich, no combo/chips/cookie/soda or addons [extra meat, avocado/bacon etc.]). but sadly enough tourists will fall for the trap and they will still profit. However us local angelinos will go to the subway a bit further down Western that charges 10/11 (reasonable normal prices) for the footlong subs smh.
- KQKathy QueenNov 7, 20251.0Today I was treated badly by Employee name Naomi she was making my sandwich like she did not wanted to make it . She was so unprofessional looking up at the ceiling when I'm asking her to please make sure I only wanted 1 strip of each sauces instead of making my sandwich saugy. Then I asked her for a Red Gatorade and she started looking up in at the ceiling and totally ignoring me and when I was going to páy then she say " it did not went through , when she never asked me card or cash" . So I told her I know u never asked me . And it's going to be cash , this was around a little before 5:16 pm I asked her if she ever worked in the customer service departments and she looked up at the ceiling again and said I'm sorry what , I said never mind I can tell you never worked with helping your customers go happy . And rushed me and my son from getting my food . This is so frustrating and absolutely disgusting dealing with bad customer service care . Please fired her and bring the hard working people back. And wanted to repeat my self on everything on my order like if I was a broken record . So weird of humanity . Jesus take the wheel
