They warmed it up and brought the same chicken back out that’s I had stuck my finger in to show it was cold. I’ve eaten here multiple times and have enjoyed my experience but the waiter didn’t offer another item on the menu or even bring us out a different piece of chicken. My BF ate it so it didn’t go to waste but I will not be returning. I did leave a tip but honestly still thinking about how I threw away money on this meal. ):

The employee (a male employee) was incredibly disrespectful, both in his demeanor and manner. Even after I'd given my order, he didn't even have the decency to look at me, took it from behind the large counter, and placed it in front of him. Even extending the order, or at least making eye contact, must have been too much for him, as he failed to show even the most basic respect for the customer. I'm genuinely curious: Does this employee realize he's serving customers here, or does he think he's doing them a favor? We're not asking for a free favor from this establishment; we're paying for it. It's both surprising and sad that someone who doesn't understand such a simple point works at this establishment. If there's a manager or supervisor, they should definitely take this behavior into consideration. Employees who don't even show basic respect for customers seriously diminish the quality of the establishment.
