  Japanese Ramen joint just north of the 7th St Metro Center. Got the Japanese Curry. I can smell the aroma as the server brought it out. Noodles were kind of thick. Very spicy. Chuck of tofu and arugula. No meat though. Not very filling.

  fun experience with the signature style. menu is small but at the least the item I tried, the yuzu sesame ramen, was delicious. ramen comes with all the fixings and the server explained menu clearly upon arrival. i also love that it is vegetarian!

  They don’t show anywhere on their menu, but everything is entirely vegan. We also were not told when we ordered even though we were asked if it was our first time. Vegan ramen is fine, it’s just soup broth and vegetables, vegan Mac and cheese is a little more than shocking and unfortunate. The vegetable rolls are also for some reason really bad. We had to go back up to the counter and ask after triple checking the menu trying to figure out what was wrong with the food when it finally dawned on us that maybe it’s vegan and it was confirmed only after we asked about it. To be clear, I don’t dislike all vegan food, some of it can be great, but regardless, I don’t think it’s appropriate to hide the fact that food is vegan and then expect people to like it as that’s an important distinction on a food item that that’s name literally has the word cheese in it. And to be clear, the Mac and cheese and sushi roll sort of thing was inedible.

  Clean, cool vibe. Friendly staff. Yummy food. We were looking for gluten-free friendly and vegetarian food before a show at the Ahmanson. This place popped up in our search. Parking was a little tricky (we used to live in LA but have been in Ventura for over 15 years so it’s changed a lot!) The restaurant has four two-tops and two four-tops so it’s not huge. Itwas quiet when we arrived and we got our food quickly. Presentation was awesome. My husband and I got the #8 Red Hot Miso and our teen got the #3 Garlic Miso. My husband and I really liked ours (and the miso avocado sushi was melt-in-your-mouth). The teen said it wasn’t her favorite but both my husband and I tried it and liked it, so it was more about her palate than the food. I would definitely come back and try more dishes.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Redwhite Boneless Ramen is seriously comforting and well done. The broth is rich but not overpowering, with a clean savory flavor that keeps you coming back sip after sip. The boneless protein is tender and easy to eat, which makes the whole bowl feel balanced and hassle free. The noodles hold their texture well, and the toppings are simple but thoughtful. Portion size is filling without being heavy. You can tell care went into the preparation rather than relying on gimmicks. Overall, this is a great spot if you want a reliable, flavorful ramen you can enjoy any day. I’ll definitely be back.
