I visited Prince St. Pizza yesterday with friends and was excited to see that gluten-free pizza was listed on the menu. However, when I got to the counter and tried to order it, I was told it would take nearly 30 minutes because they had just received a number of other orders. I understand that gluten-free pizza may need to be made separately and can take longer. The issue wasn’t the wait itself—it was that there didn’t seem to be any accommodation or acknowledgment of the situation. Everyone else in my group was able to order and eat immediately, while I was left without any option unless I waited alone for an extended period. That’s a difficult position to be in when you’re there with others. If gluten-free pizza is listed on the menu, it would be helpful to set clearer expectations about availability and wait times, especially for customers who don’t have flexibility to order something else. Transparency and a bit more consideration in those moments would make a meaningful difference. Prince St. Pizza is clearly popular, but based on this experience, it may not be the most reliable option for those who require gluten-free accommodations.

They used to sell vegan slices but as of Feb 2026 they don’t sell them any more. I just wasted 15 minutes waiting in line to buy nothing!

I have extremely high standards for pizza and firmly believe LA just doesn’t have good pizza compared to places like New York. But this? This comes close. I got one slice of the pepperoni, jalapeño and hot honey pizza and it was delicious! The slice itself was big and filling, the crust was crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside, it was LOADED with pepperoni that was cooked to perfection and the touch of hot honey and jalapeños complimented the flavours so well. I will 100% be returning and I hope they’ll come to the West side of LA soon!

I come inside at 11:45 PM. 15 minutes before close. What am I greeted with. A lively atmosphere and the girl that greets me smiles wide and asks me how my night is. I took some time to order between two pizzas and choose the texas jalapeno. She saw me pondering the two and charges me up for my texas jalapeno but also throws in the other one for me because she saw me looking at the other one indecisively. I cant believe the service I get in LA at a pizza joint 15 minutes before closing. Pizza was delicious and helped me study more that night as a starving law student. Thank you so much for helping me on a Thursday night.
