My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:07 PM, but it turns out they had it sitting in the back the whole time. No one bothered to let us know it was ready until 7:12 PM. That’s over an hour of waiting for no reason. Extremely unorganized and frustrating. I expect better communication and customer service.

Then I saw that the time it gave had passed and it was not here. I was still waiting another 10 minutes, thinking maybe they had other deliveries, when I called the store and told them what the status was. They said that they didn't alert the DoorDash driver to pick it up. I then asked how long it would take, and the employee said another 15 to 25 minutes. (Mind you, I have been waiting already for 40 minutes.) Now I have to wait for an extra 25 minutes. That's already more than an hour waiting for them to deliver a pizza. The only thing the employee said was "sorry." This is ridiculous on there service.
