  This is pizza is terrible… I’m not sure if your oven is up too high but it’s but this New Yorker is crunchy as a thin and crispy pizza. The first pizza the girl made I had her to remake it bc it was hardly no cheese. This second one is terrible

  been here several times over the years, and it’s hard to review a restaurant. especially fast food. had to review after tonight’s experience tho. this takes the 1 star cake. came in for two $3 personal pans for their Tuesday deal. the pizzas were not pan. they were personal hand tossed, which i’ve never seen before in my life. the pizzas were not cut and split into pieces. neither of them. they came in some weird Chinese/Mexican food style aluminum pan. never seen that before either. got charged for a Marinara and Ranch after being rang up, which only the terrible Pizza Huts do. all this and halfway thru the first pizza realize i was given no napkins. hope they scored big with my $7.85 EBT purchase, lost a customer for life. Pizza Hut quality has fallen off in general the last couple years, this was Shakey’s level had. never again.

  This has to be the worse location. Franchises like this weaken, the fading old brand of pizza people barely order anymore. I orderd a large pizza tonight, not a sale but full price for $24.56. I not only paid for extra cheese but reminded the guy twice by phone and in person. While paying he mentions to me " the new worker forgot your extra cheese but put it on the bottom near the crust". What kind of sense does that make?? We get home, no extra cheese after spending additional money, but more importantly the pie was runny. The sauce had not been properly baked and it was luke warm. Toppings were missing. I called and the manager said you would need to bring it back now. No, I don't think so in the pouring down rain. You need to train your staff on customer service, training them on how to cook and giving me what I paid for correctly the first time.. If you admit your error, and care less about customer service and I can't eat it... It will be the bank's issue as I will dispute this charge for a non edible raw pizza! This owner and untrained staff do not care, just look at the reviews. Will never return and Westchester community you should not either.
