  I usually order from this Pizza Hut (5101 Venice) because it is around the corner from my home. For the most part, I usually don't have any complaints and I have received good customer service in the past when making a complaint. Usually for either an undercooked or overcooked pizza. This is probably the fourth or fifth (if not more) time the food was unacceptable. The last order (prior to this one) was not very good so instead of complaining we just didn't order for a while. Tonight we order two pizzas and used reward points for a third. One pizza was supposed to have extra cheese but didn't, the pizza that was from the reward points was BURNT more than usual and deemed inedible. The third pizza was still warm but all of them appeared to have been old crusts/ pizzas. Very disappointing. I didn't reach out to the store because at this point there should be someone who makes sure that only fresh pizzas are made and not day old or longer crusts that are clearly not freshly made. So tired of being disappointed by paying for old burnt pizzas that never should have been allowed to leave the store.

  I got one of their flatzzz and was kinda burnt and no cheese not much of taste
