- THTykeara HowardDec 27, 20251.0WORST EXPERIENCE EVER i normally don’t even leave reviews but this one needed one especially how staff treats the customers including manager . I ordered a pizza online for 11.99 for a large pepperoni carryout paid for it and everything and sent my bf in the store to pickup we go home and checked to see they gave us cheese pizza i drove back with my daughter and spoke with an employee who tried to give me the pizza back saying they couldn’t change it so i requested a manager who then told me i only ordered cheese so i said the coupon said pepperoni ……ANYWAYS manager seemed to not have a conclusion on what to do so i requested a refund employee then tells me that they put two cups of sausages on the side which i DID NOT REQUEST said they gave it to my bf when he went to pickup my bf said he didn’t receive it … employee then said they have a video camera which i requested to see the video and he refused after going back and forth for a good 20 mins i contacted police since they refused to give me back my money …. Police said i should go back and get my bf which i did all of this could’ve been avoided if they just redid the pizza …. The manager had a attitude staff was the SAME yet they continue thinking they could just take your money and talk to u any kind of way NO THANK U save yourself time and energy and head over to the pizza hut on western and venice the service is better there staff is more trained and friendly .

- OOOjitosAug 9, 20251.0La atención que brindan en esa tienda es muy mala en especial la manager que esta en labtarde y una de las empleadas llamada matia montiel , e ido en varias ocasiones a recojer ordenes y en una ocasión pregunté x alguien y la managwr me sacó fotos sin mi consentimiento y las envío a una 3 persona ,aparte la forma de atender o referirse a los clientes es muy déspota, grosera , en mi opinión no deberían tener ese tipo de personal .aparte esa empleada regala comida y las hace pasar x cupones .
