Order online by mistake. I called immediately to cancel my order and to get a refund. Manager was rude said he couldn't refund me. I asked for a number or email to contact for a refund, he said he didn't have the information for that.

I don't know why their UberEats rating is so high. This is truly flavorless. You know pho is going to be good or bad mediocre from the smell. It's should fragrant and herbaceous. This broth is flat. Only masked by adding extra lime juice and all the sriracha packets they have us. There is also barely any onion. Very obvious they're going for volume and not quality. I heard you can't even sit in there any more
