    This review is based off my personal experience with the ownership of this location. Over a month ago I placed an order through the app, but then immediately attempted to cancel it (the delivery window was too late) and Papa John's has a 10 minute cancellation window. There store was busy and I attempted to call four times back to back with no answer. I called the national line and was told they'll submit a note to the owners for a cancellation/refund and that if the pizzas still arrive to do whatever with them (we had already picked up pizzas from somewhere else) - we ended up donating the pizzas. I never received a refund and when I followed up ownership said they would not refund me because their management had told them that I was "called before 5pm to confirm the order and expressed my willingness to receive it." To which I gladly sent over my phone log for that day to confirm that the Papa John's store never reached out to me. I never heard back from them. I went through the national customer service and learned that only the franchise owner can issue refunds. They attempted to talk to the store on my behalf and the manager said that the owners had made up their mind that they wouldn't issue a refund. Horrible experience, policy, and business practice. They've lost a customer for life over refusing to refund $100 when they were proven wrong and shown receipts of attempts to cancel the order and that no one ever called me to confirm the order. Very disappointing.
