That wait kept increasing to 20, then 30, then 40 minutes. When I asked for an update again, an employee laughed at me and then told me the pizza had never been made at all. I asked for a refund, but they refused and told me to contact my bank instead. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience

- JRJulz RNov 7, 20251.0I placed an order. 30 min later I get a call saying the address is wrong (when I have been delivered before to this same address multiple times before), then the associate gets impatient and chooses to cancel my order (per manager) without giving me the chance to speak to a manager to solve this issue. And on top of it, my money will be refunded from 3-5 business days. Horrible customer service and outcome from something so simple.
