That wait kept increasing to 20, then 30, then 40 minutes. When I asked for an update again, an employee laughed at me and then told me the pizza had never been made at all. I asked for a refund, but they refused and told me to contact my bank instead. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience

And on top of it, my money will be refunded from 3-5 business days. Horrible customer service and outcome from something so simple.
