Now I will tell you the reason why: It's internal. It's not the food, it's the employees, for example, this one in Santa Monica. If you order delivery, your either going to get cold pizza, undercooked pizza, WRONG pizza, over cooked pizza, delivered with the boxes UNSEALED, you call and will either be on hold for 35-45 minutes and clear fluent English isn't a strong point whatsoever at that particular location. There is literally SOMETHING wrong with every order, every time. Solution: Pizza Hut, Domino's, heck even Prime Pizza. Somehow, business flows smoothly at these places, the communication is clear, no 45 minutes waiting on the phone, the orders arrive correct and on time and it's evident that Papa John's has good product, but without the right employees to serve the product, sales will continue to decline. I got an XL pepperoni pizza, it had over 50 pepperoni slices on it!!!! Like, REALLY???? I tried taking off some but the cheese comes right off with it, before long I just threw the whole thing away because that was just an insane amount of pepperoni. Take pride in the food you prepare. If you don't, it clearly shows. I will NEVER buy anything else from this Papa John's location.
