    My experience at this store was an absolute disaster. When I went to pick up my order, I learned that it had been given to someone else. When I told the young lady at the counter, she acknowledged the mistake and very politely said the order would be prepared again. Up to this point, there was no problem. However, despite waiting an extra 10-20 minutes beyond what should have been the case, no explanation was given. While I waited silently, an adult woman came out of the kitchen and said my order had been cancelled. This is unacceptable. I placed the order myself, I did not cancel it, and I never received it. Despite this, I was given a false explanation like, "We delivered the order to you." When I asked if they had seen the person who received it confirm it, they said, "No, I didn't." So how is it that the order was given to a random person? The real problem here is trying to cover up the mistake and dismissing the customer with false information. While the young employee honestly admitted their mistake, it was extremely upsetting that this woman from the back tried to gloss over the situation with cunning and illogical lies. Finally, realizing they couldn't fool me, my order was delivered, but the stress, wasted time, and disrespect were unacceptable. I hope this establishment has a manager who clearly explains to the relevant staff that trying to deceive customers is unacceptable. With this kind of service, it's impossible to talk about customer satisfaction.

    Huge thank you to Otto, the manager at this Panera Bread. He was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to help me, even taking the time to walk me through the Panera Rewards mobile app.
