I was so undecided About what to eat, and she must’ve saw the confusion in me and said what are you in the mood for with a big pretty smile? I took a minute and shared with her some of the things on the menu that was grabbing my attention she immediately went to describing the sandwiches, the taste what the sauces did to it whether I wanted it on the sandwich or on the side she offered a lot of options and combos. I loved the chicken pesto and the French onion soup. I will be back because she gave me so many ideas to try even breakfast 😋. Being new in the area so glad there’s a Panera near my home. I love the fresh baked treats. Chanel, may see me for breakfast tomorrow. Appreciated her being soooo helpful and friendly it went along way for me. Still was assisting other people and not forgetting about me since I didn’t want to use the kiosk. Thanks a MILLION for your help, recommendations, and excellent customer service. 😊

Took longer then the tracker stated, why you ask: because the employees are sitting there talking to each other instead of making the order arguing over scheduling. And don't even acknowledge that i been sitting there. Ordered a Caramel latte, and they barely filled it up past the halfway mark, Like y’all charging seven dollars for this seriously???? And then I Paid $7.59 for a croissant sandwich that I could’ve went and added two dollars onto and got a eight pack from Jimmy Dean in the frozen section at the target above them.

It would really help if there were a clear sign saying “pickup only” before ordering. I ordered the Avocado Goddess sandwich, but it didn’t have enough sauce or vegetables, and it didn’t taste as fresh as the one I usually get at the Chino Hills Panera. The coffee also tasted watery. Overall, a bit disappointing — I hope they improve the food quality and make the dining options clearer for customers.
