It would really help if there were a clear sign saying “pickup only” before ordering. I ordered the Avocado Goddess sandwich, but it didn’t have enough sauce or vegetables, and it didn’t taste as fresh as the one I usually get at the Chino Hills Panera. The coffee also tasted watery. Overall, a bit disappointing — I hope they improve the food quality and make the dining options clearer for customers.

We moved to Hollywood & was so happy to see a Panera Bread open at Target by Western & Sunset, walking distance to a home we moved in 2022. Since then, we had not taken B/F in Panera as I no longer drive due to an injury. I was so happy that today 10/23/2025 after months of waiting, it finally opened. Unfortunately, much to my deep disappointment, there were no tables to dine in, but worst of all, it did not provide seats for Seniors or Disabled persons to sit while waiting for an order. There were ample spaces to place seats, but according to the Manager I talked to, no seats will ever be provided. It took a while to wait for my order, so I had to sit down on the incline for wheelchairs. Apparently if you are incapacitated to wait standing for a long time for an order to be ready, this place is not for ambulant Seniors or Disabled people who cannot stand for a long time.
