As she did, she mocked me by saying, “Run, hurry up, it’s gonna close,” while laughing, even though the door would only close if she let go of it. This was disrespectful and unnecessary. No customer should be spoken to that way, especially when simply trying to use the restroom.

Another customer accidentally took and opened my order, and instead of remaking it, the staff tried to repackage and give it back to me not once but TWICE!!! Thinking I wasn’t able to see them. That’s not safe food handling, and it really disappointed me since I’ve always enjoyed your bagels. Definitely did not eat that bagel because what in the world.
