I hate leaving bad reviews and i know mistakes happen but the way they handled the situation was very careless. No apology or accountability. I asked for a refund and the woman that was doing it was very dry and careless. Its unfortunate because we love the bagels but the employees seem absolutely clueless. Not returning to this location again (especially after seeing that other people have had similar experiences)
