    I’ve been coming to Miceli’s for years and have always enjoyed it, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. We had four adults and two babies (ages one and two), yet they still added an automatic party of six gratuity of nearly $60 to our bill — even though the babies obviously didn’t order meals. We only ordered three main dishes and one pizza, and when I asked why we were charged as a party of six, the waiter said it was their policy. On top of that, he still tried to ask for an additional tip on the payment machine, even though the large automatic gratuity had already been included. This felt unfair and misleading. I understand tipping for good service, but charging a “large party” fee that includes infants is unacceptable. Sadly, after years of coming here, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

    What a great experience. Absolutely love this place. 1st time visiting and will be back every time I come to the area. The food was amazing and the singing/piano was perfect! Our waitress had a beautiful voice! She was a high school student, but provided great service. Highly recommend, total old world Italian feel..

    Where do I begin? This was a very entertaining place to have a meal with some family that was there from out of town. We didn’t know what to expect, but we were entertained throughout the evening by all the staff that seeing different songs and constantly keep the mood, fun and entertaining. Definitely recommend.
