The only play place in the area but the manager never opens it because they clean in then lock the doors waiting on the franchise inspector to come check it to seem as if they always have it that clean . I have gone 3 times since Nov and it's always the same answer... closed. Really disappointed my kids and made me spend less. They also make you order three a kiosk that is a bit confusing and not the right way to order if you have modified orders or large orders.

They are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy; exactly what you want to start your day. They move fast, get orders right, and still take the time to be genuinely friendly, which is rare these days. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Management, please recognize these employees. They truly deserve a raise for the great service they provide every single day!

Every time I come here, I end up waiting way longer than I should for the simplest orders. It makes no sense. The service is slow, nobody updates you on your order, and it feels like they don’t care at all. I’m definitely avoiding this location from now on.
