I already paid for my food through the McDonald’s app and they refuse to give my boyfriend the food. They said because you need to be in line before you order it. I don’t understand what’s the point of ordering through the app if I pay for it, go to pick it up and you haven’t even made the food and you refuse to give it to him. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back No food no breakfast honestly, this is insane

It's so busy- not only are they getting orders out but they help resolve issues and help with additional requests (more ketchup, drink refills, bathroom codes etc). The atmosphere sucks because of McDonald's corporate. The mobile orders, kiosks, putting all drinks and condiments behind the counter and even the bathroom codes make it so every customer is just standing around one spot relying on the workers for EVERYTHING. This whole team kills is despite McDonald's doing everything they can to make this an unpleasant experience.
