I answered that I am here to pick up my mobile orders. She told me to pull up to the second window. Once I arrived second window, the old lady with headphone told me she don’t see my order. So I showed her my app; then she suddenly start getting angry, it scared me and my wife for the moment. She was basically yelling at us and ask us why not tell the speaker my code when I was there. I was explaining to her that the person(maybe is her) in the speaker told me to pull forward when I say I am here to pick up mobile order, and turn off the speaker. Even I want to tell you the code, I was not able to in the moment. I don’t understand why it such a big deal to her, and she make it such a scene in the moment. And while she prepared the food, she is keep complaining to us how this make her work difficult, and keep saying “oh my god” to show her attitude. I don’t think that’s what professional stuff should do.
