El lugar tiene un pésimo servicio al cliente siempre están con su mal carácter, cuando te toman la orden siempre la entregan incompleta siempre me falta algo y les reclamas y se enojan y te hacen caras como si te estuvieran regalando la comida cuando se les está pagando la comida, a demás de que demoran en entregarlas. El día de hoy 12/30/25 el manager Leonardo me DISCRIMINO que porque no habló el inglés y sus trabajadores no lo entienden bien ese fue su pretexto por sus errores al tomar la orden jamás me había pasado esto siendo un cliente frecuente de esta sucursal que Mal que sea un racista con su propia gente solo por no hablar el idioma del inglés. Deberían de darles cursos de atención al cliente y hacer algo por discriminar de esa manera a las personas que hablamos español

The customer service offered here from the workers to the managers is horrible . I went in today to grab my son a grinch meal and they forgot to put the socks in . He was so excited for them and unfortunately wasn't given any. I come back to this location and was treated with such disrespect. I mentioned I had called prior to coming back and was asked to go to the front and would be given 2 pairs for the inconvenience. One of the young workers there gave me a dirty look and said "I didn't answer the phone so idk who she spoke to" and walked away , the gentleman that was at the register completely walked away . When a manger finally arrived and I began explaining he went on to say I was lying !!! Mind you I told him to feel free and check his cameras to check and he then said it's impossible my workers forgot to give you the socks. Again I repeated well if you don't believe me check your cameras he proceeded to shake his head and didn't offer a solution to a simple mistake his team made. At this point I was already upset , why would I possibly LIE for a pair of socks and why would I just try to come back to get a pair of socks , the drive back was already inconvenient as it was and then I get here and get treated this way. I called a different location and spoke to the manager TERESA and I'm thankful she corrected the problem and provided understanding and great communication and outstanding customer service! WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION .
