If I could I give them 0 stars they are the worst. The worst customer service ever. I pay for my food and they couldn't give me my food because it didn't appear in there system will in my bank shows they charge me. When I told them that they just didn't care and ignore me say that maybe they return my money back. They rob my money and they didn't give my food they the worst customer service ever. When I try to cancel my order the app told me that I can't cancel my order because they were preparing my food but when I will ask them they be no I don't have any order for you. They could try to give my food. They even wanted to charge me again for my food. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU YOUR FOOD.

I asked for a cup of ice after ordering $30 worth of food and the Mgr. Was rude and annoyed then only gave me a water cup of ice and took a minutes for her to come back with it.
When I dine in they call you for your food and leave it on the counter and walk away so you can't ask for condiments etc. When I finally got someone's attention for syrup for my pancakes...the whole breakfast was cold. Third time it has happened there.

Terrible experience on the drive thru. To my surprise my food was not given to me, even though the app said my food was ready. According to the employee I was 5 minutes late, so they didn’t make it because breakfast is served till 10:29am. I told her that it shouldn’t matter because the order was placed at around 10:15-10:20 am. And it was fully paid for in advance. To me that’s the main point of ordering breakfast through the app before 10:30. They should respect the order whether I pick it up at 10:25 or 10:35am . I mean the FOOD is PAID . When I mentioned that she said I will get my refund within 2 or 3 business days. What!!!!!! Tell me how this makes sense we pay in advance for the order to be processed if I’m 5 minutes late I don’t get it. Even though my app keeps saying that it’s ready? In that case they should not charge for breakfast unless the customer is present to pickup and pay before your stupid time frame.
I asked for manager info so she called the manager on duty I asked her for corporate info or her supervisors info this is all I got on a piece of paper

NOTE. The screen shot of my order was taken when I decided to write a review. So that’s not the actual time of my arrival. And it wouldn’t matter the freaking food was already paid for. It’s not like they start cooking the food while we wait.
