I purchased a happy meal and big Mac Combo and the guy giving out the meals at drive thru wanted to see my receipt as mentioned that they were making a lot of mistakes and of course made one more with my order even after checking giving water instead of sprite, called location and asked to go back, I told them that the customer service is the worse, do not recommend this McDonald's location.

Manager Gaby literally kicked me and my friends out of the store around 10:50pm on 2/2/2026. We had a good amount of food left to finish and we told her that she said she didn’t care and that we had to leave because she had to close the store. Besides that nobody was at the front to help out with our order. This isn’t fair and we had to throw our food away because we couldn’t take it to go. Definitely will not come back to this place again situation could have been handled better instead of telling us to leave.

The employee at the front counter was rude. Let’s start with the misleading signs on the restroom doors that say something like “Locked. Please ask employee for key.”
There is no key. The doors are always open. I went to ask Miraflor(?) at the front counter and she waved her hand in my face. She asked me to do a receipt survey and I begs to do so until she took MY phone out of my hand and begin to give HERSELF 5/5 on all services and refused to hand my phone back until she finished.
