- SJSharon Johnson3 days ago2.0Carlos is the manager on duty at 9:27am. Totally chaotic as expected and he was a breath of fresh air once he was able to come to my assistance. Esperanza was absolutely amazing on the front cashier. She was so quick and efficient. As an UBER delivery driver we are not here to hassle you. We really just want to receive the order, possibly take a bathroom break and leave. I waited inside over 10 minutes. Not to mention, there are major detours this morning to even get here. Syeda was EXCEPTIONALLY rude. I do know in her country I may be considered an undesirable because of my skin color but in AMERICA I do not and will not tolerate disrespect from anyone. She snapped at Esperanza when Esperanza asked her to help me and get the order. She did not formally greet me at all. She simply screams “what’s the number” over and again. I wasn’t the only one she speaks to without adverbs, adjectives or proper verbs. Corrective action is needed.

- MPMayan PalomarezJan 23, 20263.0Didn't like how they treated me when I tried to get a free burger using the receipt. The other locations did it regardless of if it was a combo or not. I don't know if they did it separately or not at the other locations but they did it regardless. Instead of explaining to me the first time, they basically gave me a bad attitude that I basically gave up and left with my food. They also didn't gave me the receipt back because they threw it away without giving it back to me. Also at this location only one refill due to being busy. Other locations varies but don't come here if you tend to get more than one refill. Other than that, everything else is fine. Just don't expect them to explain things well right away.
