  Es el segundo McDonald's que paso a ver y no tiene el PlayPlace pero en las imagenes que estan si lo habia deberian hacer actualizacion en los sitios.

  The experience at this establishment was horrible the customer service is very poor the staff at this location has been very prejudice/racist toward Black people predominately Hispanic/Mexican environment I witnessed one of the staff take a phone from a paying customer and when she came to retrieve her property she was treated rudely they ignored her request several times and the supervisor used profanity towards this paying customer even when the customer stated she had the passcode and called her phone the staff never returned her property the security Gaurd screamed at her while standing behind her witness police being called just for her to retrieve her belongings this location has cellphones that has not been retrieved by the owners due to staff and supervisor holding property without returning it to the customer this is unacceptable if you have a missing phone and have been to this location call Law enforcement immediately this location is being investigated for stolen property I do not recommend friends or family at this restaurant location #4166

  Daily Double wasn’t the best but still edible, fries were NOT fresh, very soggy. Chicken nuggets tasted horrible and couldn’t finish them. Lemonade wasn’t good and it was the whole reason I went. Very disappointed in this location.

  The women that work at this location, really need to get their stuff together because not only do they get orders wrong on a daily but they give you attitude when you ask for a simple cupholder i’m one person walking out with a Big order and two coffees and they expect me to carry a big bag with two coffees and one hand always giving attitude at this location. Never have they had respect here.This is a ongoing situation at this Mc Donalds on melrose and vermont its really sad that i live right across the street an am always forced to go to other locations to make my kids happy because they love eating their mc Donalds meals. Again i live on melrose and vermont and i literally drive to sunset and fountain location and also to the temple st and Alvarado location ,where they are always respectful and have never given attitude not once! The women and the managers or shift leaders are very unprofessional they couldnt care less about your customers! Iv worked food industry for 10 years and have never treated anyone the way the melrose and vermont location does.! On a separate note i had stopped going there once because i ordered the 20 cookies order, literally asked the shift leaders if it was ok because it was night time just to be told yeah its fine. Then in front of my daughter the whole entire staff started to stare at us all upset making us feel uncomfortable! To the point where i canceled the order and left this is ridiculous! I have to went back since just to finally give another chance and get the exact same treatment!! Never purchasing Mc Donalds food ever again me and my family will now go to another food chain restaurant.
