Waited 16 minutes for someone to take my order at the register with a whole team in the back just walking right past me and when I asked to be attended to someone would just say “someone will be with you right now” yeah 16 minutes later

This is the nearest location near me and it’s always kind of a hit and miss. I’ve had times where they’ve forgotten my order but I’m not going to bother coming back here to line up for more ridiculous wait time at the drive thru. The random homeless hitting people up and hiding in the bushes near the drive thru speaker is quite uncomfortable even in the relative safety of being inside a car. Not exactly my idea of a good time that maybe about 3/5 visits, I’m getting accosted by one of them. I don’t usually post reviews but today was the last straw and felt I just had to post something. I went to the store after setting up a mobile order and the drive thru was blocked by cones and closed… at 10 something pm. The store looked positively empty so idk if no one showed up for their shift but could they not at least update the store status online so I didn’t have to make a wasted trip??

The worse. Spend 40 minutes in LINE because all youre craving is a FRAPEE and its the only thing they dont have. How can a restaurant be so horribly slow?!?!? And useless??
Got in like at 5:09.... got out at 6:.12... can't get what I was craving-- 😤🤬😠 never coming back. Stay away from this place... unless you want to waste an hour of your life and be disappointed.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a Mcdonald’s drive thru…. and i’m not one to write reviews but this was just unacceptable. First, the way the drive thru is set up is pretty dangerous as the line gets long it impedes into traffic, also the exit and entrance are in the same spot which is ridiculous making it hard for cars to exit. Now, the line wasn’t particularly long when I went but I swear I have never spent that much time WAITING in a drive thru… idk if the workers were short staffed or what but it took nearly 20mins just to get to order and another 10 just to receive items. When I finally ordered and paid, it took another 10 mins of me sitting at the window for them to come over to hand me my meal. I told them I’m still waiting on my coke, the worker disappears for another 5 mins and another worker finally comes and hands it to me. Also they didn’t even put my sauces that i requested (and PAID for) in my bag. Just a horrible experience overall, would not recommend.
