  I try to order the grinch meal on the app and kios but it didnt let me i asked the guard if this location had them so he asked someone and they said yes we have them i asked for cashier help and a young black man was about to take my order but then he went to the back came back and said we dont have none...so i proceed to make a mobile order as i waited for my order another guest came in asking for help aswell and the guy went to the back asked the "manager" and proceeds to sell her the meal...so is it to certain people only?...I felt ignored, laughed and dismiss i asked the employee for the managers name and he went to the back and ask her for her name...then he comes back whispers "Claudia" as a regular customer i always try to give this location a chance but something always happens ive never complain but enough is enough.the only nice person was the hispanic security guard. I didnt get a receipt so the cashier just printed a random one so i can get the store number cause he didnt know it..as im sitting i see 2 employees clocking out and walking out with the meals .. Very disappointed it really isnt about the meal i still ended up ordering is more about the customer service and the way they made me feel before leaving i asked the manager for her name and she said it was "Stella" so now im getting wrong information from the cashier why? Cause i said i was going to call customer service smh! How professional and what a service sadly this is my local mc donalds it always fails i try to give it a chance and same old same hope someone does something about it.

  Excellent location. From this trip, I say this McDonald locations franchises and corporate strive to offer. Cleaning and clean location. Employee double checked my order. Fresh and fast. Great job!

  Store Manager Stella Morales was Very rude to Me Katherine Barrios i was helping my community on keeping great Customer Service Working with Uber Eats . She asked me to share my phone. And wanted to slide my order with her finger today Monday November 3 at 9:30am and she said that she is verifying by her sliding the order to be completed . Please remove her from store manager and bring some one who really wants to work and knows her rules on customer service . I canceled the order for my safety and unfortunately today they had inspection and they passed with a fake 💯 super rude and not educated

  I asked for a cup of ice lady pretended to not hear me clearly ask. Then proceeded to help other people while speaking Spanish. I would say maybe she did y hear me or notice but it’s Halloween and I’m dressed as Snow White so.
