She kept repeating something in Spanish and then "Policia." I asked her two times for the code, I didn't raise my voice, I wasn't unreasonable or aggressive. This woman is medically insane. In the time of ICE, you're saying you're gonna call a kidnap squad on a PAYING CUSTOMER for WANTING TO PISS! You genuinely should be sued. I've spent a lot of money here and now you're not getting another penny. And this really affects my view of McDonalds as a whole. Guess I'll stick with Jack in the Box. One employee cost this corporation hundreds to thousands of dollars over my future potential lifetime purchases, I'm never buying anything from McDonalds ever again, period.

She is always friendly and has a big smile. But I can’t leave out the other crew members. 2 other ladies in dark blue shirts were also very kind and friendly. I felt so bad for not getting their names. Thank you ladies for helping me out with the Cypress Park basketball team. Thanks Diana for helping out a hard working mom
