After putting in an order through the McDonald’s app, I then find out from an employee that the order cannot be fulfilled due to an item being unavailable.Though this may be a fault of the McDonald’s app, the supervisor “helping” with this order made no attempt to amend the situation. They had offered to replace the item with one of lesser value, but that was obviously a terrible offer. Rather than removing the single unavailable item from the order, the supervisor preferred to cancel the whole order entirely. Not only was this an insulting waste of time, this demonstrated a lack of competence from the staff at this location. I highly recommend choosing another location to fulfill your order. I will not be returning to this location.
