This morning I placed a mobile order around 6:00 a.m. for a small coffee and two apple pies and selected curbside pickup. I waited and never received my order. I finally walked inside, and my food was just sitting there. When I asked an employee if it was mine, he barely acknowledged it. No apology. No explanation. This isn’t a one-time issue. Almost every time I come here — especially through the drive-thru — there’s no greeting, no eye contact, no basic customer service. The employees are often talking and laughing among themselves while customers are waiting. If you ask a question or request condiments, it feels like you’re inconveniencing them. Half the time the window just closes before you’re even finished speaking. I understand mornings can be busy. I work too. But basic courtesy and communication shouldn’t be optional. A simple “Good morning,” eye contact, or “We’ll be right with you” goes a long way. I don’t expect perfection — just professionalism. I hope management takes this seriously because the lack of customer service here has become consistent.
