  This has happened 3 times now. I have ordered on the mobile app 20 minutes prior to reaching the location and still waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and 5 more minutes in a parking space for 2dz cookies. Absolutely ridiculous

  The food is always served hot, the kiosks are easy to use, the staff is friendly. Id give more than 5 stars for the service because I arrived at 9:55pm (I know, I'm annoying and should have come earlier) and the kind male manager allowed me in to order the $5 meal and Caramel Sundae. Thank You 👋🍔❤️🍦

  As of 02/2026, this location has extremely poor service. The employees are rude and unprofessional. They never seem to have basic condiments available, and they’re constantly out of ice and drinks. No soft drinks, no smoothies, no frappes — almost nothing is available when you order. The cashier area is always unattended, and you literally have to flag someone down just to get acknowledged. When they finally come over, they look at you like you’re bothering them. On top of that, the restaurant feels unsanitary. The counters are dirty, the floors look unclean, and the overall atmosphere is not welcoming at all. Orders take forever, and when you finally receive your food, it’s often cold or thrown together carelessly. Management clearly needs to step in because this is not the standard you expect from McDonald’s.
