Orders take an unreasonably long time, and no one checks in to see how long customers have been waiting. Something needs to be done—an order shouldn’t take that long, especially when the restaurant isn’t busy.

Today it was an entire half of my breakfast bundle which was unacceptable and so upsetting. We did not notice until we were already on the freeway and unable to turn around and this location does not answer there phones. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

It was by far the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had. Due to recent wage hike, most of the fast food chains are running businesses understaffed, but this location seems to be managing well.
