I left with the coffee, went straight to my car only to be dismayed when my first sip is lukewarm & I don’t have time to fix the issue because I needed to get going. I phoned customer service & within 5 hours I got a call back from Michelle at this location. She listened, understood my frustration & resolved the issue immediately providing for a replacement order anytime I come back. I’ve been back daily since. Thanks Michelle!

- ECEmilio CastanedaDec 10, 20251.0I came to the McDonald’s planning to get a nice hot coffee to head out for work. Never realizing that was my biggest mistake. Stopping for this coffee because for me stopping to get the coffee I got late to work because it took 40 minutes for them to tell me, they didn’t have no brew of coffee and they will take a while to make a brand new brew. That was something they should’ve checked before they sold me the coffee like that I would’ve made a decision to stay or not. It’s very ridiculous for a simple order to last that long in line waiting to get your hot coffee I was not going for food. I was not getting nothing fancy. Yes, the regular hot coffee 40 minutes and nobody couldn’t help me.
