- NGNereida GarciaNov 17, 20251.0This is for service on October 31st 9:20pm. We looked for a McDonald’s and this was the closest. For starters the drive-thru lane was insanely long and slow moving but our only option as the restaurant was closed for dining. I stayed since my kids were hungry but was patient . This was not an issue, many of us were exhausted from trick or treating. I ordered 4 meals for our entire family. I was given 4 drinks, and our bags and told everything was in there. I proceed to park outside to hand everyone their meals before driving off and realize there were 4 drinks and 4 fries but missing a burge. I got off my truck and tried to get the attention of workers inside but no one ever looked so I had to get back in the drive thru lane. Again the lane was long. In the meantime, my kids ate their meals, all sodas lacked sugar and we still drank them as we were thirsty. The only one I chose to return was the sprite because it tasted like mineral water. When I got to the window. I gave them my receipt and explained I was missing a Big Mac and the issue with the soda. The young man at the window looked bothered and told what appeared to be a manager . She also looked bothered. They grabbed the soda and tossed it in a bothered manner. They just handed me the Big Mac and the soda again and said nothing and kept my receipt. The soda was still crap. In total I spent about 1 hour to get all my food and leave . Needless to say I’ll never return to this location.
