The service was terrible. They didn’t even want to serve me tea just because I walked there instead of driving. They treated me like I was homeless. Completely disrespectful.

I was trying to order just a coffee and I was doing it on my mobile app I noticed there were quite a bit of customers standing around and all the manager was focused on was the drive thru and door dash orders completely ignoring there's a crowd forming and she yells out that we all have to do our orders on the Kiosk because there's no cashier which there wasn't anyone standing at the registers there were 2 managers close to each other not one cane and opened a register. There was two elderly ladies wanting to order they didn't know how to use the kiosk I was trying to help them but I didn't have time because my Uber had arrived and that's when I saw a cashier which looked like a manager taking orders but there was a crowd and they could care less to serve the people because they don't have a cashier, no wonder their trying to replace humans with robots because humans don't want to serve the people their rude and disgusting behavior is unacceptable the elderly are not up to par in technology how dare they say do your order in the kiosk because there's no cashier. McDonald's you need to do better and your managers are the worse it's always the managers the regular team members are pleasant but the managers need a little humble pie served to them because they should be grateful to have a job and still work unlike other people that can't or don't want to. This isn't the only McDonald's that has done this it has been several that don't even acknowledge you they just expect you to go straight to the kiosk so don't bother them. Ridiculous!

I like it. Come here in the mornings to get a deluxe and it's alright, just like your regular McDonald's. Sometimes the employees can mess up your order or forget it. Sometimes it can be kinda busy and it's so packed inside but you can find a place to sit if you wanna dine in. The area is kinda filled with homeless people and it's kinda dirty but it's alright, not to bad either.

This is literally the slowest McDonald’s in all of LA…and it’s because the staff isn’t focused. They are literally laughing and joking with each other instead of working. Sad spot here.
