Never had an issue, good service and clean. I usually see one staff member cleaning. With the app I get my food at my table. My fish sandwich was free since I had points. Overall I was happy.

They don't give a damm about you the customer or customer service. If you eat-in, they force you to use Kisos for food ordering. No face to face contact. The Kisos forces you to take a table number and sit down. Food will be brought to you. So, I waited. Waited. And waited. Then I got up from my table. There were 3 other customers besides me at the customer, waiting for help and for our food orders. The employees completely ignored and didn't acknowledge us customers. No employee at the counter. That's the way Corporate and this store management want it. NO CUSTOMER CONTACT. Give us your $, take your food, get the hell out, and don't bother us. Finally, I had to raise my voice and yell several times, to get some attention and help. I had it. I wanted my $ back and ready to leave the store. I didn't get a receipt at the kisos or with my food order. I had to request and wait for a printed receipt. I would NEVER eat-in at this McDonald's. McDonald's Corporate I hope you see this.
