    I’ve been wanting to post on here about the service at this location for a while but I’ve giving these employees the benefit of the doubt for some reason or another. Today 1/9/2026 is the day that I had enough. Not only was my ice coffee watered down and taste nothing like coffee but the extra add on I requested such as whip and Carmel which I did pay for was not added. On top of that my sandwich was cold! How is the sandwich cold? It was so cold like it was sitting on the counter for a while. If that was not enough I did use a code which would have made it 5 dollars but some odd reason it came out to almost 9 dollars! When I called to speak to the manager (Stephanie or Etephanie) she already knew who I was when I mentioned I had just left a few minutes back. Yet no accountability no understanding, no apologies no nothing! I understand fast food can be hectic at times but no one should be treated with such poorly service like this.

    Low 'Service' star because I couldn't program the order kiosk without assistance. Example: the button label 'Add More', really translates 'Continue', so I can get to the next page.

    Terrible service giving the food. The cashier very good at taking and ringing up the order. However, the woman giving the food had a face like she was guarding a California prison. They should hire better people to work the morning shifts. They don't provide the necessary items for the coffee, no sticks. And they close the window very quickly, not giving a chance to let them know about the thingsare missingin the order..
