  Fatal. Atienden enojados y de mala. Entregan las órdenes con faltantes y equivocadas y si les reclaman es peor hasta miedo da que le hagan algo a la comida

  Place its to dirty. I was there for more 2:38 to 3:34 and I never see a cleaning person. They deliver the food to table, but always forgot the napkins. At least to clean the table when we are done eating

  The cashier are kool . The problem is the managers they gossip too much and look like the do not want to work at all . While the only cashier is serving the two managers or whatever there title are should be replaced there ain't doing nothing to help . Props to the only cashier I give her 5 stars

  I’ve been wanting to post on here about the service at this location for a while but I’ve giving these employees the benefit of the doubt for some reason or another. Today 1/9/2026 is the day that I had enough. Not only was my ice coffee watered down and taste nothing like coffee but the extra add on I requested such as whip and Carmel which I did pay for was not added. On top of that my sandwich was cold! How is the sandwich cold? It was so cold like it was sitting on the counter for a while. If that was not enough I did use a code which would have made it 5 dollars but some odd reason it came out to almost 9 dollars! When I called to speak to the manager (Stephanie or Etephanie) she already knew who I was when I mentioned I had just left a few minutes back. Yet no accountability no understanding, no apologies no nothing! I understand fast food can be hectic at times but no one should be treated with such poorly service like this.
