My experience w her today, as someone who has been coming here for over 20 years for my coffee, makes me want to go to a different location. Myra did not follow current protocol of asking if I’m using My App today, just “What do you want” mentality & when I pushed back on her unprofessional attitude - she just walked away from the drive thru register n brought her supervisor over who - in all honesty isn’t as good as the male managers which I’ve literally seen basically start at the bottom and move up over the years. Both Myra & the female managers which who also walked away are both bad. Myra also got my order wrong which was literally 2 drinks. Myra couldn’t handle a 2 drink order and be professional? Not drive thru material and if I see her again on there I will stop spending $4 a day on coffee at this location.

They ignore you as they walk around, trying to appear busy! My uber order was sitting on the counter, in the bag, for several minutes, however NO ONE offered to help me, not even the manager!! All they had to do was hand me the bag or at least ask me my order number, but it wasn’t until I flagged someone down to assist me, that my order was received smh Do your job, as I am trying to do mine, with other deliveries to make, in a timely manner! No one is forcing you to be there!! Worst McDonald’s ever!!
