    Chicken tastes weird. Nuggets, fries and the burger felt stale. I would rather go to In-N-Out.

    Not good I asked for Hot fresh food, was not given that fries were not at even slighty warm nuggets not at all. Told employee said they just came out the fryer, told him not these, he gave me some Hot fries but the nuggets tasted old and were not hot. Should have given them back too. I always asked for my food to be fresh and hot.

    Consistently gets orders wrongs, and absurd amount, always check order from here, for example you order a sausage McMuffin there will be no sausage, or missing items in general.

    Waited for 10 mins for someone to tell me to go to the next window. Went to next window and waited for 19 more mins and food turned out cold and my drink was bland with no ice that was melted down. Ilene has the worst customer service

    Just moved and disappointed this is my local McDonald’s. The drive thru was unnecessarily slow. Not due to a lot of cars. Just long gaps in time between each one moving. When I finally made it to the ordering after 7 min, it took another 40 seconds to be greeted. That just proved the staff is either being lazy or they are understaffed which is even worse. Do better.
