I ordered a spicy Italian and this is the sandwich I got. When I called and asked for a refund the man who answered the phone was very hostile and tried to blame it on me grabbing the wrong order, but I was handed my order by the person who took my order. When I asked for a refund the man on the phone told me it was going to take him 2-3 hours to give me a refund if I didn’t have my receipt even though I had told him my order name. When I then said yes I’ll take the refund he told me, “if it mattered for me to get my $10 back that much he was going to to take 2-3 hours out of his day to send me the refund.” When I then got upset about this sarcasm he called me a liar, and told me he never said that even though I have it on recording. He then told me that I was not special and shouldn’t expect special treatment when all I was asking for was a refund. This is the most insane and horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I placed my order on 10/24 at 3:10pm. When I found my receipt he told me he would give a a refund and I never got it.

Stopped by this Jimmy John's location and was honestly impressed! The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. What really stood out to me was that they were able to make my tuna sandwich into a lettuce wrap — something a lot of other locations have told me "isn't possible." No hesitation, no attitude, just great customer service and a willingness to accommodate. Everything was fresh and made exactly how I wanted it. Big shoutout to this team for going above and beyond — I’ll definitely be back!
