  The gentleman who prepared my food was extremely professional and nice. My veggie sub was amazing! The manager also seem very concerned and caring. Thank you!

  I ordered a spicy Italian and this is the sandwich I got. When I called and asked for a refund the man who answered the phone was very hostile and tried to blame it on me grabbing the wrong order, but I was handed my order by the person who took my order. When I asked for a refund the man on the phone told me it was going to take him 2-3 hours to give me a refund if I didn’t have my receipt even though I had told him my order name. When I then said yes I’ll take the refund he told me, “if it mattered for me to get my $10 back that much he was going to to take 2-3 hours out of his day to send me the refund.” When I then got upset about this sarcasm he called me a liar, and told me he never said that even though I have it on recording. He then told me that I was not special and shouldn’t expect special treatment when all I was asking for was a refund. This is the most insane and horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I placed my order on 10/24 at 3:10pm. When I found my receipt he told me he would give a a refund and I never got it.

  Ordered here before and the food was good. However on this particular day it was not good and the sandwich was dry. I placed a simple order for delivery and didn’t receive what I asked for. Needs to work on service here.

  Absolutely love this new Jimmy John’s location at USC Village! The space is super modern, clean, and has a really open, welcoming vibe. It’s the perfect spot for students or anyone in the area who wants something fresh and fast. The convenience is unmatched — whether you’re on a lunch break or in between classes, you’re in and out with a delicious sandwich in no time. And let’s talk about that pickle …wich— seriously, it’s next level! Crunchy, tangy, and so flavorful it’s become my favorite part of the meal (which says a lot because the sandwiches are 🔥). So proud of the new franchise owner — it’s clear a lot of heart went into making this location stand out. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the USC area!
