- AMAgape MonquentaDec 7, 20251.0Came into this location when I normally go to the one on Slauson and Crenshaw popped in to grab a frozen hot chocolate had trouble using my card so I politely said excuse me I'm having trouble using my card can one of you ring me up manually please after getting a few eye rolls from both ladies for what seems to be me interrupting their side conversation,I ignored it and thanked the one that came to the register for ringing me up oh did I mention that before doing so the same woman I thanked for ringing me up rang up the customer standing behind me and the only one left in line so I was cut in line as well, I made no mention of it the issue for me that sent me through the roof after all of that was the wait time ,their were three people in the dining area near the bar including myself and the woman who cut me in line I waited over 15 minutes and simply got up and asked them to slap a lid on my cup please I have to go after asking for the second time. I went to the counter the lady gave me an irritated look said nothing else to me and I said thank you as I proceeded to leave. Customer service is trash but the drink was delightful and by the way the lid never even made it out the door .

When taking our order she was very rude and rushed . Complained about her 15 min break . So unpleasant to go to a place after a Long kids game and to experience such bad service is beyond me . Jumba juice screen periodically your workers ! She was in pijamas xl nail and the worst attitude ! We are alreadu looked down due to our ethnicity and geographically where we at. The worst .
