  Biggest mistake I made in today; I just arrived but the place is so cold outside; I asked for inside table, the male chunky server was not welcoming me, he just approach in order to ask what I wanted to drink, after I read the menu I decided to ask for (carne en su jugo) so I was so excited to enjoy my lunch, moments later my corn tortillas breaking down because it wasn’t well done on grill, a lady who asked me if everything was okay, I honestly responded that not it all, because my tortilla was really bad; she took it off and she given it to the original server, whom already was a little upset; either way I hardly trying to figure it out what they served me; that plate wasn’t even the close enough to be a carne en su jugo, the meat was certainly just 2oz of beef! I mentioned to the server if they really know how to prepare carne en Su jugo, and his face was non happy, neither apology or so, he obviously offered me a second plate but at that moment I was afraid to ask for something else and receive something not okay. I asked for the bill in order to pay but the server asked me for a second option where I mentioned that I was so upset to pay for a bowl of pinto beans with a piece of steak and not even bacon also plate wasn’t cooked in tomatillo sauce; I mentioned that it was to much money for a pinto beans bad tortillas and none well coming server. I hope the (Echo en Mexico) paying well to servers like that guy because they making people feel like they coming for free meals. By the way the server told me to not pay; thence I had to accept his advice but the guy was so rude to tell me Go. You can go now! I don’t think he have the right to do anything like that except if someone causes disturbing trouble. On my previous experience there I had received great service from female servers that the guy who had been working today. I think he is likely a manager.

  The place is beautiful, amazing customer service but the beef soup was just Water with meat. The prices super high! We paid $68.00 Por una pequeña gordita. 2 caldos de agua porque no era cocido, y 2 aguas. Never again!

  We ordered soup to go. The rice was good but sadly the cocido just didn't hit. The beef was tough and fatty. It just didn't smell or taste like a good bowl of soup. I wish them well.
