My mom and I went up to the register, and the female staff member kindly explained everything until we understood. She also made an effort to understand my broken English. In the end, I didn’t receive the coffee shake I thought I had ordered, but I was still very satisfied because we enjoyed delicious burgers, fries, and a shake. I should have remembered her name — I’d love to thank her when I visit again.
