Valentine’s Day Dinner Review
Other than a brief 3–5 minute wait to be seated past our reservation time, I truly can’t think of a single complaint. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the overall experience felt special from start to finish.
I will say the price point is definitely on the higher end, so come prepared to spend accordingly ; but it felt worth it.
Here’s what we ordered:
* Neau Num Tok Rolls – 7/10
Solid and flavorful starter, but we could have been fine without ordering this appetizer.
* Papaya Salad – 6/10
The salad itself was fantastic! Fresh, vibrant, spicy, and well-balanced. Only negative thing was the shrimp were too dry. In hindsight, I’d order it without the shrimp.
* Panang Neua – 100/10
The absolute star of the evening. This is the massive bone-in cut of meat in the attached photo, and we genuinely couldn’t stop eating it. Tender, rich, and packed with flavor - it’s to die for.
* Pad See You – 10/10
A noodle dish we absolutely loved. Perfectly cooked with amazing flavor.
For dessert, we had the croissant bread pudding since they were out of sticky rice. I’d give it a 6/10 - good, but nothing particularly memorable.
Overall, this place is a whole vibe. The decor, atmosphere, and service were all incredibly enjoyable, and the food was truly impressive.
A great spot for a special occasion, just plan your budget accordingly. $200 pre-tip for all of the above. (Had a beer, mocktail, house limeade and a sparkling water too).
