Poor customer service and poor quality of chicken and overall preparation of food. They dont put enough chicken in the burritos. They mostly stuff with rice ,very disappointed. It's obvious by the food quality that the workers there don't enjoy their job and are lazy . The food is either undercooked or over cooked. I honestly think this location shouldn't exist at all lol

Used to think at least the quality of chicken made it worth the money but this was clearly a group of sick or anorexic chickens while they were alive. Barely any meat on the bones and I spent extra to get a platter of breasts. Spent 60 bucks on chicken for 2 people and was not satisfied. Also they don't clean their tables or chairs often because it was not busy at all and I sat on a huge wad of bright blue bubblegum and absolutely ruined one of my favorite pairs of pants. Tried freezing and washing them and the gum is still embedded in the fabric.

For a place called Pollo Loco, this is unacceptable. Customers should get what they pay for, especially when the main ingredient is missing. It feels like they’re cutting corners and taking advantage of the very community that supports them. I expected authentic quality and fairness, not a burrito stuffed with filler and no protein. Please do better and give people the food they’re paying for.
