After that I understood she did not speak English or understand what I was telling her. Apparently they use the kiosks here because people were not trained properly. I am not using a kiosk (doing your job) if you can't simply fund a register and take my order in English. Fund your register and properly train your employees to speak English without being disrespectful. If I wanted to order my food online without customer service we would have. It's sad to witness someone who has no idea to run a franchise
