While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Los Angeles,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

A good chill spot on a corner, that has a nice environment, and a kiosk machine for those that don't want to talk/wait too long. It has good pricing and is satisfactory in its meals.

this is Possibly one of the worst stores ever. Aside from taking a while the way they they prep the food and the attitude that they give made the experience much worse. To my knowledge, I know you don’t get charged for wanting pico de gallo, green salsa, cilantro, onions, etc. But it’s like it bothers them that they have to go to the other fridge and get it for the customer. Aside from that, we ordered chips and queso Blanco sauce and they just gave us the queso Blanco. 100% not go back to a store like this they are literally getting paid to serve customers. at least I can do is do their job without attitude.
