Since then I’ve been calling every few weeks with Corporate now and to this day I have not received a refund. Worst experience ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I have been going back and forth with them to receive a refund since Thanksgiving! Like how does it take 3 months and counting to get a refund?!?! Im tired a waiting, I keep getting the run around. Their response is we have escalated and you’ll receive a refund within 3-5 business day. It’s more like 3-5 months at this point. Consumers affairs. I tried resolving this with my bank and told me I need to resolve it with the company. Formal complaint has been submitted to BBB website

She was talking down to me and mocking me for making a mistake on my order. I wasn't even blaming her, I was chill, but she pissed me off. I told her 3 times I was gonna cancel the order and reorder again. She asked me the same question 3 times, until I got upset and told her to stop asking me the same question, over and over again. She said "I'm not the one that made a mistake in the order", and she laughed in my face. I told her I wasn't upset or blaming her for the mistake. I knew it was my fault and I was just upset because, how many times do I have to tell her that I want to cancel the order for her to listen. I finally got my new order. When my family and I were eating our burritos, my family asked if I got vegetarian burritos. We noticed that we only had 2 small pieces of chicken. I will definitely not be going back to this Pollo Loco. I complained to corporate and the district manager Bryant Corona spoke with me and he said he would address the issue. I got my refund for my order.
