  Si pueden comer en otro lado aganlo te dan la comida de mala manera pedí una tostada saland de pollo pero no le ponen como está eso miserables para darte una salsa y los chiles salieron lla en estado de desconpocision y se enojaron cuando les dioses. Lo peor que me a tocado en el pollo loco

  I was so irritated standing there for the longest time, the employees there were like moving like turtles. There was 5 others waiting to order and the woman said if we wanted to order yes we said, she said the only way we could order was using the self ordering menu 3 other guys and myself said, we do not know how. I don't want to know how. She finally came and took the orders. My double avocado tostada - there was nothing double about it. I'm so serious. And sitting trying to eat and talk to my friend, and this loud sound as if someone was beating on the table wi it sounded like a sledge hammer in the cooking area and for a long time. Could not here each other talking. It was mess is all I can say. I take no joy at all writing this review. Customer service should be at the top of any business even if it is a fast food restaurant. Some quite to have a conversation. I got none of that.The prices are crazy high.

  Many locations are amazing. With EL Pollo loco having a high standard for their food. I went in in full confidence. Yet I get home, to find out there's chicken in the potatoes, random chicken bones and shredded meat in the box of chicken. Where's my chicken? The beans are undercooked, tortillas are tuff and the only thing that came out right was the Mac n cheese. Not sure how to move forward with this issue, feels as if I threw money in the trash. There's an update on the situation, read that. I'ma leave this up but change the rate. They did an amazing job on switching up their game. 😎🎉🎉 KEEP IT UP. The communities that surround you count on you. It's not pointless on the service as a unit the team provides. We all have to help each other. Thank you 😁😁

  Visitó seguido este lugar porque vivo serca y trabajo serca, pero el servicio es fatal, de mala gana te dan las cosas, las tortillas frías el trabajador no se si no le pagan bien pero su carácter es pésimo y quise ablar con el manager y me contestó diciendo, yo soy el manager cual es su problema
